✨ 22 Momme, 100% Grade 6A Mulberry Silk
💧 Hypoallergenic ∙ Temperature-regulating ∙ Less frizz

Golden Yellow is a full, sunny gold: clearly yellow, with the sheen of silk over it. No other colour in the collection stands out as much. On white or cream bedding the pillowcase is a warm accent; next to dark green or midnight blue the contrast grows. We make Golden Yellow in this size only.

This silk pillowcase 40x80 in Golden Yellow is meant for oblong pillows of 40 by 80 centimetres. Check the size on the label of your pillow before you order. The pillowcase has a hidden zip.

Why silk?

  • Gentle on your hair. The smooth surface causes less friction while you sleep. That helps limit tangles and is kind to the ends of your hair.
  • Gentle on your skin. Silk feels soft against your face and absorbs less moisture than cotton, which helps your skin keep its moisture.
  • Comfort in every season. Mulberry silk is naturally breathable and temperature-regulating: cool in summer, warm in winter.

Still choosing between materials? Read satin or silk: which pillowcase is better?

Washing and care

  • Wash the pillowcase in a laundry bag on a delicate or silk cycle, at no more than 30 °C and 400 rpm.
  • Use a pH-neutral silk detergent, without fabric softener or bleach.
  • Let it air-dry out of direct sunlight, and do not tumble-dry.
  • Iron on the lowest setting, on the inside.

All the steps are in how to wash a silk pillowcase.
